Participation constitutes entrant's full
and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official
Rules.
The cut-off time for the Weekly Drawing is
5:00 PM CST Saturday.
All entries made after this time will automatically be entered
into the next drawing.
The winning numbers used will be the six numbers drawn by the
New York Lotto in their Saturday night game (bonus number not
included), but we are in no way affiliated with them. We only
use their numbers to ensure fairness and honesty in our game.
Keep us honest! - Check out the
New York Lotto website to see
the winning numbers every Saturday night (their drawing is at
10:21 PM CST).
Winning numbers will be posted on the website by Sunday
morning. Winners may claim their prizes at any time after
the posting.

ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is offered only electronically
via the internet and is open to all English-speaking persons
at least 18 years old who reside in the US, Canada, UK,
Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand (others may request
permission by contacting us). Florida and New York Residents
are eligible to play, since our maximum prize is not over
$5,000.00 for a single drawing. The Province of Quebec and
Puerto Rico don't allow these types of games. Void where
prohibited. Principals and employees of Lizard-Free Lotto and its
respective parents, subsidiaries, and immediate family members
of each are not eligible -- AFFILIATES and ADVERTISERS ARE
ELIGIBLE TO PLAY. We ask that all players be conversant in
English, to ensure fairness to our sponsors.

Limit of one valid email address per person
may be used in any given drawing. Use of multiple email
accounts is not allowed. Players having their email returned
for any reason (user unknown, mail refused, mailbox full, etc.)
will have their accounts terminated. Please be sure that you
enter your email address accurately!

Limit of three active players per household.

Amount of Weekly Entries are
limited to 10 tickets per Drawing (Plus any
free tickets won as prizes).
|

Caution: Any attempt by a player and/or
any other individual to deliberately damage this website and/or
undermine the legitimate operation of the game is in violation
of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made,
Lizard-Free Lotto reserves the right to seek damages from any such
individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Lizard-Free Lotto will notify winners the morning
after each Weekly drawing. Winners have 30 days from the
date of winning to claim their prize. After that, the prize is voided.
Cash prizes of or less will be payed in one lump sum by the
player's preferred method of payment within 60 days of the date the
prize is claimed. Six out of six prize will be paid out at a
month for 20 months. Players electing to be paid by mail must have
a minimum of $3 accumulated before payment will be made.

A player can have multiple winning tickets each week,
but only one cash prize will be awarded per player per unique set of
six numbers selected (In other words, selecting the same set of six
numbers for more the one card is of no value since if that set of six
numbers wins a cash prize you will only win one cash prize for the
cards with that set of numbers). If there are multiple winners for
the $1,000.00 Grand Prize, the prize will be split evenly
among the winners.

All winnings will be paid in U.S. Currency.

|
Object of the Game: In exchange for taking
the time to view a sponsors page, you will be given one (1) Free
Lotto Ticket to play. Each ticket you play will be entered into
our Weekly Drawing. Any tickets played after the
cut-off time of
5:00 PM CST Saturday will be
eligible for the next drawing.

Lizard-Free Lotto is not responsible for invalid
entries due to a player's incompatibility with our software or
typographical errors on the part of the player. It is a player's
responsibility to ensure that his/her entries are valid and in
conformity to the rules. Please advise us as to any compatibility
issues and we will resolve any such difficulties within reason.

Lizard-Free Lotto reserves the right to change
these rules at any time without notifying the players directly.
